Feasibility Study Update

Feasibility Study Update:
Strategic Building Solutions has been chosen to serve as the Owner’s Project Manager for the West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School Feasibility Study.
The Request For Services (RFS) for the Designer was available on June 22, 2011.
On July 6, 2011, Twelve (12) Designer Firms submitted proposals for the Feasibility Study/Schematic Design.
On August 2, 2011, the Designer Selection Panel (DSP), which is made up of 3 representatives from the West Bridgewater District, MSBA members, Architects and Engineers, will hold a public meeting at the Massachusetts Building Authority (MSBA) Offices, 40 Broad Street, Suite 500, Boston, MA 02109, to discuss the proposals and to rank the finalists.
The West Bridgewater School Building Committee hopes to have a Designer contracted by the end of August and the Feasibility Study will begin immediately.
School Building Committee Meetings will be held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month starting on August 23, 2011.
