Returning Student Registration

IMPORTANT - This process is only for current West Bridgewater Students. If need to register a new student for school, please visit the Student Registration page.

Starting the 2023-2024 School year, all parents are required to log into Aspen to complete the "Returning Student Registration" form. This procedure will was built to reduce paperwork that needs to be sent home and returned each year. In this form, parents can do the following:

  • Review your child's demographic information (phone, address) and make note of any changes that need to be made

  • Review family address we have on file and make notes of any address changes

  • Review current family contacts we have on file and review their authorizations (can dismiss, has contact, etc.). Parents can also make notes of any contacts that should be removed.

  • Add new contacts and set authorizations for this contact (can dismiss, has contact, etc)

  • Sign off on annual policies (student handbook, bullying, media use, liability, etc)

  • Upload current immunizations for the school nurse, or any custody or legal documents we should have on file

  • Review health information
