Surround Care April Vacation Club:       

                  Tuesday, April 16 thru Friday, April 19, 2024

Come join us for a fun filled April school vacation at Surround Care. Children in grades K-4 will enjoy gym games, arts and crafts, outdoor play (weather permitting), movies and more. We will be located at the Spring Street School, with access to the playground and art room and outdoor space. Snacks and drinks will be provided mid morning and mid afternoon. Please pack a lunch and a water bottle daily and dress appropriately for some outdoor play. We will be taking walks to Friendship Park or the High School fields, weather permitting.

For 2024, Surround Care is pleased to offer a summer program for students enrolled in the West Bridgewater Public Schools entering grades 1-6.  

The Surround Care Summer Program is located at the Middle-Senior High School at 155 West Center St, West Bridgewater. The program hours are 8:00 a.m. to  5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, June 24, 2024 through August 15, 2024

As a professional staff, we care very much about your children and are here to provide a safe and happy environment for self-directed, adult-supervised activities, while having lots of summer fun. Many of your favorite school year staff members will be with us all summer!

Activities will include:

Arts & Crafts, STEM enrichment, Indoor and Outdoor Free Play, Music, Games, Park Walks, Waterplay & Sports. 

We offer a full week or daily enrollment. Drop-in attendance is not accepted. Payment in full must be included with your registration. All students must have prior financial obligations paid in full before they are allowed to register for our program.  All registrations must be completed online no later than Friday, May 24, 2024. 

Program cost is $300/week or $90/day (Scheduled days only. Drop in care is not offered)

Refunds are not given for missed or canceled days.  Surround Care is self-supportive, funded entirely by parents’ paid tuition.

2023-2024 Surround Care Registration Form

(For Daily, Weekly or Drop In Attendance)

Dear Parents/ Guardians:

For the 2023-2024  school year, please note our registration form is combined for students who will be scheduled to attend weekly (1-5 days) or for students who will drop into our program when an emergency arises for parents. Parents must choose one or the other. Please review our Parent Manual concerning students who are drop in.  All students must have prior financial obligations paid in full before they are allowed to attend our program.  All registrations must be completed and returned three days prior to attending our program. 

The Surround Care Program is located at the Spring Street School for students in Kindergarten; at the Rose L. MacDonald School for grades 1-3; and at the Howard School for grades 4-6.

The program begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m.  You will be billed each week for the time your child attends the program. Payment is due by Friday of the billing week. In the Morning Session, students will be billed at $9.00/hour for the first hour (or any part thereof) and then in 15 minute increments after that. In the afternoon Session, students will be billed for the first hour (or any part thereof) at $9.00/hour; then billing will continue in 15 minute increments.  Please refer to our Parents’ Manual for related billing information regarding our program.  To register your child, please complete the following pages.  Noncompliance of completion of forms will delay processing of registration.

Registration must be completed and received THREE DAYS BEFORE your child can start the program.

Half Day Surround Care Registration

Wednesday, April 10th

(Register no later than Monday, April 8th at noon)

Our next Early Release day is Wednesday, April 10, 2024. To accommodate parent's schedules, we offer the opportunity for your child to remain at school after dismissal as part of our Surround Care program at the Spring St. School for Kindergarten, Rose L. MacDonald School for grades 1-3 and the Howard School for grades 4-6.

The fee is $9/hr. Students must bring their own lunch or you can pre-order a bagged lunch from the cafeteria. A snack/milk (or juice) will be provided mid afternoon.

You may pick your child up at any time before the closing time of 6:00 pm. Pick up after 6:00 pm will result in a $2/minute charge.

If you would like to order a school provided lunch, you may do so with the Food Service department, directly in this form.

 ***To be sure that there is adequate staff available, we ask that you register no later than Monday, April 8th at noon. Registrations will not be accepted after that time.

***Please complete the registration, even if your child is a regular attendee in the program so that we know your plans for the day.
