Good afternoon Rose L. Parents and Guardians,\r\n

\r\n

The Rose L. will be doing a Penny War against the Howard School to raise money for the Australia firefighters and animals! The Penny War runs Tues. Jan 21 through Fri. Jan 31.\r\n

\r\n

The homeroom with the highest point  will earn a popcorn and movie party on a date in the near future.\r\n

\r\n

Additionally, the losing school's principal will get a pie to the face by a member of the Student Council (PLEASE help me win this challenge).\r\n

\r\n

Students will have the opportunity to put pennies and bills in their own homeroom's jug every morning, and nickels, dimes and quarters in other homeroom jugs. Pennies and bills will count as a point per cent for the homeroom, and nickels, dimes and quarters will subtract a point per cent when the kids put them in other homeroom jugs.\r\n
