Anchor 1: What’s up, my guy? Remember last spring when Mr. Pike was supposed to set up some kind of marker recycling program, but then didn’t?

Anchor 2: Not really, but that sounds about right for him.

Anchor 1:  Welp, looks like he’s finally getting around to it.

Anchor 2: Sounds rad.  Let’s watch that video that Molly Quilitzsche made last year to celebrate!

Anchor 1:  Teachers, look for more info about marker recycling coming in an email soon!

Attention Yearbook Staff - Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday 10/23 in Mrs. DeSimone’s room during Powerblock

Does the idea of giant buckets of snow falling from the sky excite you? Do you smile when you close your eyes and imagine looking out the bus window and seeing a mountain? Does your heart skip a beat when you think about digging your winter clothes out of the closet? There will be a ski and ride club meeting on Friday in the TV Studio during POWDER block. If you’re interested, you must attend.

There will be a Halloween Movie Night on October 29th. The first showing is Hocus Pocus at 5:00pm and the second showing, Halloweentown, at 6:45pm. The price is $5 for adults and $3 for students, with candy bags and pizza being sold. It will be held in the cafeteria, so make sure to bring chairs and any blankets or pillows to get comfy!

Congratulations to the golf team for the great effort yesterday at the MIAA State Tourney. All players played very well and Jack Shea missed going on to the state finals by one shot.

The team had a great year and should be proud of what they accomplished as a team and individually.

The Field Hockey team played an exciting game on Senior night tying EB 0-0. All nine seniors chipped in and fought hard. Thank you to all the athletes and their families for making it such a special night.

The JV Field Hockey team could not be stopped as they beat EB 3-0. The defense played solid all game. While the offense was able to capitalize on their scoring chances throughout the game.

Boys soccer shut out Holbrook 6 nothing. Landon CROWLEY and Justin Smith each had two goals while Derek Thorburn and Aiden Wells had one a piece. They improved to 13-1-1 on the season.

If you ordered a FougFuerte tshirt and have not yet received it, please see Señora Oliveira in Room 114 with your payment. Remember to wear them again this Friday to show your support!

It’s breakfast for lunch today in the Wildcat Cafe with French toast sticks with syrup, sausage links, crispy tater tots and berry smoothies. Warm donuts, assorted breakfast sandwiches and pastries are available at break.
