This year’s PSAT exam will be given at West Bridgewater High School on Wednesday, October 11, at 7:30 AM. All juniors and sophomores are highly encouraged to take this exam in order to prepare for the SAT. Juniors will take the SAT for the first time in the spring. Both juniors and sophomores have received detailed PSAT information from the high school counselors. Please sign up to take this important test ASAP. The cost is $16-cash or check payable to West Bridgewater high school. Please contact guidance if you have any questions.

Emergency Procedures Drill - We had a successful lock down drill today at the MSHS. We did this with the cooperation of the West Bridgewater Police Department. Thank you for the cooperation of our students and staff.
Seniors - The Adventure Park trip is planned for Friday, 10/13. We will be gone for the day but back to school by 2pm. https://heritageadventurepark.org/
The cost of the trip is $25 and money and permission slips are due by Friday 9/29 (that is TOMORROW!). Slips can be found in the main office, the robotics room or Ms. Silva's room. Checks or cash can be given to McMurray or Silva.
WB Pride Days - Just a reminder that we are asking all students and staff in the district to wear the new maroon WB Wildcats shirts on half days. Tomorrow is a half day
The Middle School Math Club will have its first meeting on TUESDAY 9/26 after school in room 111. Any interested middle school student is welcome to join the club! Just show up to the meeting on Tuesday in Ms. Weeks' room at 2:05 to sign up/hear more about it. See Ms. Weeks if you can't make it to Tuesday's meeting but you do want to join.

Wildcat Spirit Days - once per month during in-service half days we are going to have district-wide spirit days and staff and students should wear the new T-shirts. Starting next Wednesday. the dates are: 9/27, 10/25, 12/13, 1/10, 2/7, 3/7, 4/11, 5/9, 6/6
The football game scheduled for Saturday at Nantucket at 2 has been moved to Sunday at 2pm.
7th Grade Field Trip to Camp Satucket YMCA Camp in East Bridgewater - Postponed for tomorrow due to forecast of rain and strong winds. More information will be provided soon on when it will be rescheduled.

School Improvement Council Meetings - Attention parents are you interested in joining? This is a group of parents and educators who meet monthly to discuss how we can make our school better. First meeting is October 23rd from 3-4pm. If interested contact Mr. Bodwell.
Any Seniors that want to use a Lifetouch photo for their Senior photo in the yearbook should come to school on October 11th, ready to be photographed. This will be the only opportunity for Seniors to be photographed by Lifetouch for the yearbook. If you have any questions contact Mrs. DeLorenzo. Senior pictures are due by 11-1
