Quarter 1 Report Cards will be posted in the Aspen Portal on Monday November 13th. If you do not have access to Aspen please contact the school.
Congratulations to 28 members of the Class of 2018 who qualified for the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship based on their MCAS results. Congratulations!
HS Homecoming Dance - Saturday, October 28th 7-10pm. All students must arrive by 7:30pm and no one will be allowed to leave before 9:30pm We are looking forward to a great night!
Todays Girls varsity soccer game vs Westport will be played on the turf field at the MSHS. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:15

UNICEF - Hurricane Relief - The October Powerblock challenge for both 7th and 8th graders will be a fundraiser for UNICEF Hurricane Relief Fund. Students will be receiving their collection boxes on Tuesday, October 24th. They should be returned by Thursday, November 2nd. The winning powerblocks in each grade will receive an ice cream party courtesy of the Diversity Club.
Spirit Week - Monday, 10-23 to Friday, 10-27. Tomorrow is Tourist Tuesday. Reminder Homecoming Dance on Saturday, 10-28 7-10pm. Tickets on sale for $10 this week and $15 at the door.
The school store will be open on Monday 10/23 from 10:30-12:00. Come in and buy some Wildcat gear so you can show your school spirit.
Picture Retake Day - Friday, November 17th
SAVE THE DATE - November 16th at 6:30pm WBMSHS along with the WBPD is sponsoring a night for parents and students to discuss topics that are affecting teens: Drug Abuse and the Opioid Crisis. There will be a panel of presenters including: Dr. Dan Muse, EB Hopes, WBPD and the DA's Office. More information will be sent out soon.
The Spanish Honor Society is hosting its 2nd Tapas and Flamenco night at WBMSHS on Thursday, October 19th from 6-8 pm. Come and join us for a night of appetizers and an interactive performance by Flamenco Boston. Tapas will be served beginning at 6pm and the flamenco show will begin at 7pm. All are welcome to join! Tickets are $10 for students and $15 for adults with a family cap of $30. Tickets may be bought prior to the event from Spanish Honor Society members or at the door. Come and enjoy a cultural evening filled with great food and lively music!
Powder Puff 2017 - November 9th at 6:30. This is a fundraiser for the Class of 2018 Scholarship Fund. This should be a great time!
High School Homecoming Dance - Saturday, October 28th from 7-10pm. Tickets go on sale next week.
Financial Aid Night Tuesday 10/17
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: High School Auditorium
This seminar, sponsored by MEFA, will cover:
-Applying for financial aid
-Completing the FAFSA
-How colleges make financial aid decisions
Forensics Class - Mrs. Pope's class will be doing a crime scene investigation lab today. The "crime scene" will be set up and the students will be working it this morning. Pictures on FB later
Picture Day - Reminder that tomorrow Lifetouch will be here tomorrow (October 11th) All paperwork was sent home and there is some available in the office.
MSHS Progress Reports - Will be posted in the Aspen portal this afternoon. Any academic questions please contact the teacher.
Reminder to parents - please do not drop off students in the parking lot before school. Go around the building. Also do not park in the bus lane at any time. That needs to stay open for buses returning from games and emergency vehicles.
