The West Bridgewater Public Schools Administration is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all students, staff, and families. To help guide this work, the Superintendent and building principals conducted a comprehensive review of district climate and culture through a series of surveys distributed to students in grades 4–12, staff members, and district families.
