A huge thank you to all involved. A special thank you to Chief Nixon and the WBPD for their assistance during the car parade as our students traveled to the Howard School, Spring Street School, Rose L MacDonald School and then back around the MSHS. We appreciate the assistance in helping to keep our students safe. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and a reminder that the Class of 2025 graduates on May 30th and the last day of school is on June 13th. Happy National School Nurse Day! Today, we give a heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible school nurses who care for our students every single day with skill, compassion, and dedication. Our nurses do so much more than provide medical care—they are trusted professionals, thoughtful listeners, and a calm presence in times of need. Whether it's a scraped knee, creating a health plan, or just a comforting word, our nurses are always there for our students, staff, and families. We are so grateful for each of you: Nurse Leader & MSHS Nurse Julie Diedrichsen, MSHS Nurse Joyce Warmington, Howard School Nurse Sara Mando, Rose L. MacDonald Nurse Priscilla Dennis, Spring Street School Nurse Carissa Monize and our dedicated substitute nurses who step in whenever needed! School Lunch Hero Day - We want to recognize our wonderful cafeteria workers in WB. It is celebrated the first Friday in May. We want to recognize all our school nutrition professionals' hard work and dedication. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job providing healthy meals to our students and caring for them each day.

WB Academic, Technology and Fine Arts Showcase - Open to the public! Thursday, May 8th from 5:30-6:30 at the MSHS. Celebrating Innovation, Expression and Excellence! Showcasing students in grades PreK-12. We hope to see you there!

Nature's Classroom—The 6th-grade students are having a great time at Nature's Classroom this week. A huge thank you to the WB staff and parent volunteers for all their hard work and support of our students. This is an amazing experience for our students, and it is so great to see them embracing it and having a wonderful time!

Community Yoga - Join West Bridgewater Middle Senior High School’s Yoga Club advisors Julie Diedrichsen and Erin Brogna for a monthly evening of yoga! Community Yoga is open to everyone and will be held in the WB MSHS gymnasium on the last Tuesday of the month during the school year. Next class: April 29, 2025 | WBMSHS Gym | 6:30-7:45pm Investment: $10 cash or venmo Julie @jagaia Register: Just come!! FREE FOR STUDENTS (no young children please - must be able to honor the quiet and stillness of savasana!) Our Community Yoga classes will include a variety of yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation with a focus on connecting the mind, body, and breath. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga; it’s about learning to use your body wisely and finding balance both physically and mentally! Open to all levels of yoga ability and adaptable to a wide range of movers, our yoga classes help to cultivate mindfulness, body awareness, confidence and connection in a supportive and encouraging environment. WB Elementary School Building Project 2nd Community Forum Tuesday, April 1st at 6:00 pm in the MSHS Auditorium. The yoga fundraising class for the Bella Dubois Scholarship on March 26th was a huge success. People loved it, and the gym was transformed into a zen studio! They raised $1500 to award to a graduating senior with a strong interest in the arts, a legacy that Bella would no doubt approve of. Great job by all who organized and participated in the event!

Join the West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School Drama Club for our Spring Musical, Disney's The Little Mermaid Based on one of Hans Christian Andersen's most beloved stories and the classic animated film, Disney's The Little Mermaid is a hauntingly beautiful love story for the ages. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including "Under the Sea," "Kiss the Girl" and "Part of Your World." Ariel, King Triton's youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull, and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
